Russia | Clarifications on additional non-working days on May 4-7th 2021
The presidential Decree establishes non-working paid days from May 4th to May 7th, 2021. However the Decree does not prohibit work on non-working days and prescribes to determine the number of employees to ensure the company’s functioning. Read details here. Russia | New rules of personal data processing
In March 2021 a set of new rules specifying and explaining the terms of personal data processing legislation came into force. These rules will also increase penalties for violations of personal data processing law in Russia. Read more here.
