Our new service of inhouse lawyer helps you to cover interim needs for internal legal function in the company. This service can be helpful in the following situations:

  • Your inhouse-lawyer has left the company and it takes some time to find suitable replacement;
  • You intend to put the company into „dormant“ mode or liquidate and need competent legal help to wind-down the existing transactions and agreements;
  • You inhouse-lawyer is busy with daily tasks and you need professional assistance for special projects.

We offer three options depending on your current needs:

  1. interim head of legal department,
  2. interim inhouse-lawyer 
  3. and interim legal department. 
Interim head of legal department and interim inhouse-lawyer are our experienced colleagues who can cover all legal matters of day-to-day business. The head of legal department can also help you to test and train your new inhouse lawyer and develop the legal function in your company. The colleague chosen by you can work in your office, from home or in our office. When you opt for the interim legal department, you will receive one contact person who will manage all legal requests of your company in our office and distribute the tasks amount lawyers having special competence.

In each option you will receive the competent contact person who will provide you professional legal advice in any situation.

We provide availability according to your needs: full-time or half-day or hourly packages (40/80/120 hours per month). The package can be tailor-made according to your wishes.

Companies from machinery, automotive, FMCG, pharma, renewable energies, and retail industries rely on her professional expertise.  She graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Law, and holds a Master of Law degree from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
