Expansion of conditions for recognising transactions as controlled for transfer pricing purposes from 2026

From 2026, transactions of Russian companies with foreign counterparties from jurisdictions with a corporate income tax rate of 15% or lower are recognized as controlled for transfer pricing purposes, increasing companies’ tax obligations.
