FurtherbBy the name SCHNEIDER GROUP we refer to a group of companies registered on the territory of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Armenia, th Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republic of Poland, and the Federal Republic of Germany, including branches and representative offices of these companies and OWC-Verlag (“SCHNEIDER GROUP” “Group”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”).

Who is processing personal data?

The data processing in the context of providing Service for purposes mentioned above will ordinarily be controlled by the SCHNEIDER GROUP legal entity that is instructed and provides its Services on requested matter. Where several SCHNEIDER GROUP legal entity work together on a Service, they normally act as individual controllers for the respective work done by them, as they will ordinarily be providing their service in respect of the relevant jurisdiction where they are based. If they should however act as joint controllers, the relevant SCHNEIDER GROUP legal entity that is instructed on that Service is designated as a single point of contact for data subjects under the GDPR.

The period for which the personal data will be stored

We retain personal data only for as long as there is a legitimate reason or other legal ground to do so, and will keep these legal bases under review. If there is no longer a legal ground for the data to be retained, we will erase personal data securely, or in some cases anonymise it.

Which rights do you have?

  • unsubscribe partially or wholly from our marketing mailings by clicking on the unsubscribe link within the e-mails you receive from us;

  • request for your personal data to be deleted (the right to be forgotten).

In case you revoke your consent for processing, we will immediately delete all your personal data from our databases unless there are other legal grounds binding us retein process your personal data.
