Ekaterina joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2005 as senior accountant responsible for accounting and tax reporting for company’s customers. She was engaged in complex projects on accounting and taxation, set up of accounting and management reporting preparation processes, voluntary audits, and financial due diligence. With SCHNEIDER GROUP business growth, the need in the development of unified internal accounting standards, policies, and procedures to ensure same highest quality of service for all customers became obvious. Ekaterina, as a head of accounting group, took over the responsibility for the project. In 2009 she was appointed head of the newly established internal controls department. As group director for internal controls and audit, Ekaterina leads all in-house projects on constant assessment and improvement of business processes, identification and mitigation of operational risks. She also advises SCHNEIDER GROUP’s customers on setup of corporate internal controls and audit systems, business process efficiency review, and risk management. Prior to joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, Ekaterina worked as chief accountant in the trading and construction industries. Ekaterina is a certified foreign trade economist, a certified professional accountant with the Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia, a certified internal auditor (CIA) and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Evgeniya Baran

Head of Internal Audit, FCCA, Moscow

Evgeniya joined the company in 2017 as senior internal controls expert and was promoted to the head of internal audit in 2019. Evgenia is responsible for internal control and audit projects, advises SCHNEIDER GROUP customers on financial and non-financial audits, manages projects on business processes efficiency review and optimization and on development and improvement of internal policies and procedures. She has worked at the Big Four consulting companies for over 6 years and has in-depth knowledge in audit, risk management and compliance. Evgeniya is a certified economist with a degree in Finance and Credit, an honorary member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Natalia Shulzhenko

Partner, Belarus

Natalia joined the company’s Minsk office in 2009. She is in charge of the services offered by SCHNEIDER GROUP in Belarus: accounting outsourcing, financial, tax and legal consulting, compliance, interim management as well as business setup and manufacturing localisation. Natalia has extensive experience in accounting, financial and management reporting, taxation of subsidiaries of international companies and foreign representative offices in Belarus. Natalia actively contributes to the professional community, presenting at various conferences and seminars. Prior to joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, Natalia worked as chief accountant for international companies in manufacturing, energy, construction and professional services industries. She has over 20 years of professional experience. Natalia graduated from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics with a degree in Accounting, Analysis and Audit. She is a certified expert in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR RUS) and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Natalia speaks Russian, Belarusian and English.

Andrey Romanchuk joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2024 as the head of the internal control and audit consulting division. He focuses on promoting projects aimed at developing internal control functions, risk management, and compliance in both Russian and international markets. Andrey has over 15 years of professional experience in this field. Previously, he worked for prominent energy companies such as Rosneft and Fortum. Additionally, for more than five years, he led projects involving business process analysis and improvement, internal audit, and compliance at PwC, a major international business consulting firm part of the "Big Four."
