Philip Gudgeon new CEO of SCHNEIDER GROUP

SCHNEIDER GROUP was able to attract British top manager Philip Gudgeon as its new CEO. At the same time, company founder Ulf Schneider announced his move as Chairman to the newly created Supervisory Board.

Moscow, April 1, 2020 – Effective immediately, Philip Gudgeon (59) will be responsible as CEO for the management of all SCHNEIDER GROUP offices with more than 500 employees and 12 offices. The ex-Oliver Wyman and PwC partner has more than 20 years of experience in Russia. His place of work will remain mainly Moscow.

Philip Gudgeon, a native Englishman and Cambridge graduate, has been working in consulting for more than 25 years, 20 of them in Russia. In previous years, he has held various top positions at renowned consulting firms such as Oliver Wyman, PwC Consulting, and Accenture. In various functions, Gudgeon managed strategy initiatives with a focus on cost reduction, efficiency increase, and digital transformation. Most recently, Gudgeon was a partner at the international strategy consultancy Oliver Wyman in UK and Russia.
