Mandatory audit is no longer mandatory for many companies

Starting on 01.01.2021, the long-awaited changes regarding the mandatory audit criteria came into force. They are aimed at significantly reducing the burden for small and medium-sized businesses in terms of passing mandatory audits. The President of the Russian Federation signs law on remote work

On January 1, 2021, amendments to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation officially introducing remote work came into force. Read details here.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has introduced incentives for businesses

On December 4, 2020, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine enacted two laws providing incentives to support businesses during the quarantine restrictions. The incentives vary from one-time preferential payments to release from certain tax obligations. Read details here.
