Natalia Wilke
Partner, General Director, SCHNEIDER GROUP St. Petersburg
Natalia is SCHNEIDER GROUP Partner and General Director of the St. Petersburg office. She is a lawyer with more than 20 years of practical experience in legal consulting.
Natalia Wilke has provided comprehensive legal support for many major international investment projects in Russia in corporate and labor law issues, including structuring investments, drafting contractual documentation and advising on corporate issues related to establishing, maintaining, restructuring and closing Russian subsidiaries and joint ventures. Alex Stolarsky
