About the event

On December 18, 2023, the 12th sanctions package of the European Union against Russia came into force. The provision of software for the management of enterprises and manufacture to Russian companies has been banned – the list of software includes all ERP, CRM, EDW and many other systems.

The transitional period for the termination of legal and contractual relations with Russian companies under contracts already concluded will end on March 20, 2024, and for subsidiaries of European companies in Russia - on June 20, 2024.

Therefore, companies need to think already right now about the migration to Russian software.

Olga Mastsevaya

Olga joined the company in 2004, Backed by over 25 years of experience, Olga is a proven leader with a track record of accounting, taxation and financial reporting according to Russian accounting standards, projects on internal audit, transformation of local financial reporting into IFRS and management reporting. Olga has successfully supported many client projects on implementation of Russian software and migration from foreign ERP-systems to 1C, as well as customization of software for client's needs, post-project support and training of client's employees.

She is responsible for automation of financial processes and communication with Russian tax authorities and nun-budgetary fund.

Olga is fluent in Russian and English, with a working knowledge of German.

Sergey Danilyuk
Director ERP & IT, SCHNEIDER GROUP Moscow

Sergey joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in Q4 Y2023 as ERP & IT Director, taking responsibilities for both internal IT operations excellence and external ERP services rendered to numerous clients among all SCHNEIDER GROUP offices.

His prior experience includes in-house CIO/CTO roles ensuring business continuity and effectiveness increase through Information Technology for Manufacturing, Distribution, Advertising international holdings; also ensuring successful implementations of complex ERP business solutions as Project Director for major O&G, Mining, FMCG and other companies, often above stakeholders expectations and overcoming various challenges.

Sergey’s core competencies include Systems Integration & Architecture Design, IT Audit & Management, Business Processes Optimization & Digitalization, Information & Data Security.

Sergey graduated from Moscow State University (Chemicals, Engineering Ecology), speaks native Russian, fluent English, a bit French, German, Latin.
