About the event

After a pandemic-related boom, pharmaceuticals and medical technology are still among the growth sectors in the EAEU. Government support programs, expansion initiatives, development of pharmaceutical clusters and improvement of quality standards offer numerous opportunities for foreign companies in these markets.
 
During the online event, the SCHNEIDER GROUP legal experts from our offices in Almaty, Minsk, Moscow, will explain the most important aspects of market authorization, importing, labelling, licensing and promoting of pharma goods and medical devices on these markets.

Ilya Gerasimov
Senior Associate, SCHNEIDER GROUP Moscow

Ilya joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2021 as a legal advisor. In 2022, he was promoted to senior counsel, providing legal support for the commercial activities of SCHNEIDER GROUP clients in Russia. He is a competent and qualified professional with more than 8 years of experience.

His fields of specializations are legal preparation, structuring and negotiation of civil law contracts of various types, negotiation, claims work and risk assessment, as well as in the regulation of issues related to intellectual property. Companies from various economic sectors such as manufacturing, financial and pharmaceutical companies trust Ilya to represent their interests.

Liubov Yunusmetova
Senior Associate, Belarus

Liubov joined the company’s Minsk office in 2022. She advises SCHNEIDER GROUP customers in the field of legal compliance, as well as on issues of corporate,commercial, land,labor, migration law. 

Prior to joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, Liubov worked in international companies, where she was responsible for operational management, as well as for full legal support of financial and economic activities. She has over 20 years of professional experience.  

Graduated from the Moscow State Technological Academy with a degree in Law.
