About the event

Join us for the 5th half day forum on Friday, 2 September to discuss the summer sanctions and counter-measures development and evaluate the operational options for your Russian subsidiary in uncertain times.

With the crisis dragging on, new solutions are being developed and various ideas are being implemented how to change the ownership structure, reduce the operational costs, refocus the business on a different market and stay afloat.
