Kirill joined the company in 2009 as a senior tax expert and gradually worked his way up to Partner, leading 3 SCHNEIDER GROUP offices in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
Kirill is in charge of development of the company services portfolio, including accounting outsourcing and HR administration, legal and tax consulting, IT solutions implementation and HR support, interim management, business setup and manufacturing localisation projects.
Kirill manages a team of 120 experts in 3 offices in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
He has extensive experience in finance and risk management, as well as deep knowledge of international taxation. Kirill has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Canada-Eurasia Chember of Commerce (CECC) since 2014 and a member of the Supervisory Board of the Union of German Economy in the Republic of Kazakhstan (VDW). Prior to joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, Kirill worked for Ernst & Young Kazakhstan.
He actively contributes to the professional community, presenting at local and international conferences and preparing professional articles for industry media.
Kirill graduated from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research (KIMEP) with a degree in Finance. He received an MBA degree from De Montfort University in 2024.
