Founded by Ulf Schneider in 2003, SCHNEIDER GROUP is an international consulting company providing services and expertise to support international businesses as they enter markets and grow their business in Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Caucasus. With offices in 16 countries, the company has excellent opportunities to work with clients operating in different regions and industries, and can leverage its extensive experience to provide a full range of business services across the region.
Before founding his own company, Ulf was CFO at the representative office of the insurance company Allianz in Russia (Moscow).
After studying Economics at the Christian-Albrechts-University in Kiel (Germany) and at the University of Illinois (USA), Ulf Schneider worked for five years in financial management at Procter&Gamble at various locations in Germany and in Brussels.

In 2024, elected as AEB Board member.
In 2026, elected as Chairman of the AEB Board.
In 2020, Ulf Schneider was appointed President of the Moscow Malteser Humanitarian Aid organization. During his mandate, the organisation has evolved significantly with the mission to bring people in crisis back to an active life.
In 2015, Ulf Schneider was one of the initiators of a business initiative for the establishment of a Common Space throughout the region of Greater Europe, which was supported by 120 companies and business associations in this entire region.
Ulf is a long-standing member of the Rotary Charity Club, has served as President of the Metropol Club of Moscow and as Treasurer of the club's Russian Regional District.
