Kirill joined the company in 2009 as a senior tax expert and gradually worked his way up to Partner, leading 3 SCHNEIDER GROUP offices in Kazakhstan. Kirill is in charge of development of the company services portfolio, including accounting outsourcing and HR administration, legal and tax consulting, IT solutions implementation and HR support, interim management, business setup and manufacturing localisation projects. Kirill manages a team of 60+ experts in 3 offices in Kazakhstan. He has extensive experience in finance and risk management, as well as deep knowledge of international taxation. Kirill has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Canada Eurasia Russia Business Association (CERBA) since 2014. Prior to joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, Kirill worked for EY Kazakhstan. He actively contributes to the professional community, presenting at local and international conferences and preparing professional articles for industry media. Kirill graduated from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research (KIMEP) with a degree in Finance.
Finance & Accounting Director
Lyudmila joined the company in 2011 and has been leading an accounting team of 35 experts since 2014. Lyudmila is in charge of company’s accounting and tax reporting services. She advises SCHNEIDER GROUP's clients on the current legislation, supervises projects for accounting & tax review to identify and mitigate associated risks. Lyudmila's portfolio at SCHNEIDER GROUP includes over 40 projects for companies in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, agriculture, construction, retail, and professional services. She regularly participates in seminars and trainings organized by the company in Kazakhstan. Lyudmila has more than 18 years of professional experience in accounting, international financial reporting preparation, and taxation. She earned her degree in Accounting and Audit from Narxoz University (formerly, Turar Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University) in Kazakhstan, holds an MBA from the International Academy of Business in Finance. She is also a licensed professional accountant and tax consultant in Kazakhstan.
Olga joined the company in 2010. She is in charge of the full range of company HR services: advises SCHNEIDER GROUP customers on labour and migration law, leads projects on Kazakhstan labour market analysis, employer of record, HR administration, occupational and health safety, personnel recruitment, assessment and training. Olga holds the position of the Head of HR Competence Centre at SCHNEIDER GROUP and is the chairperson and active member of the HR & Marketing task force by the German Economic Union in Kazakhstan. In July 2021, Olga became an Erickson School Certified coach. Olga speaks Russian, English and German.
Head of Legal Practice
Azamat advises SCHNEIDER GROUP's customers on their business development activities in Kazakhstan, including market entry, business expansion, subsidiary setup, and company liquidation. He focuses on corporate and commercial law, as well as investments and M&A projects. Prior to joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, Azamat worked for the Big Four companies in Kazakhstan and Europe. He advised businesses in various industries, including logistics and transportation, automotive and retail, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, oil and gas, mining and construction, IT, banking and financial services. Azamat is a member of the “Kazakhstan Bar Association”, the Chamber of Legal Advisers. He publishes articles in business journals and regularly speaks on current issues of Kazakh law. Azamat graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Law. He studied at the University of Regensburg (Germany) under the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) fellowship programme and did a research internship at the University of Oxford (UK). Azamat speaks Kazakh, Russian and English.
Head of Tax Practice
Mariya joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2018. She advises the company's customers on local and international taxation, provides accounting and tax review services, assists SCHNEIDER GROUP’s clients during tax audits, supports them with filing appeals for tax refunds, reviews and drafts investment agreements. Mariya has more than 15 years of professional experience, including working at PwC. She earned her master's degree in Business Administration from KIMEP University.
