Provide your employees with accessible, centrally-located workspaces and conference rooms for meetings, training courses and seminars on flexible terms.

SCHNEIDER GROUP provides you personal office space with capacity ranging from one person to large teams, on a flexible short- or long-term basis.
All workspaces are equipped with everything you need, from furniture and office equipment to high-speed internet access. We will provide full administrative and IT support for your staff, and can provide catering, tea, coffee, cleaning, security and parking spaces.
If needed, we will organise a conference hall or rooms for meetings, training courses or seminars, as well as full event management services.

What you get

Our offices and meeting rooms have everything your employees need to start working and are equipped with necessary IT hardware, stationery and A/V equipment for meetings and other events.
If required, we will provide a legal address for your company, support the registration of a legal entity and register the company with the tax authorities.
Centralised reception and security, excellent transport accessibility and proximity to urban infrastructure (banks, cafés, restaurants, museums and theatres) ensure a convenient and professional workplace for your employees and business partners.
Our event management experts are on hand to help you organise events according to your vision, from a business meeting to an evening reception. We can rent meeting rooms and conference rooms at hourly rates, organise guest registration and arrange catering for your guests.
You can rent one or several workplaces, or an entire office space. Choose the space that suits your business, depending on the size of your team, for any length of time. All operating costs are included in the rental price.  
Day-to-day practicalities are taken care of, so your employees can focus on their work. We’ll manage everything from mail reception, secretarial services and technical support to providing meals for your staff and keeping your office clean.

Nadezhda joined the company in 2010, starting as office administrator and in-house translator. Currently, she is managing SCHNEIDER GROUP SPb business development department, responsible for client acquisition – starting from commercial offer preparation to post-project support, including contracts management, billing, migration support (invitation letters, work visas) and event management for the clients. Nadezhda supports branches and subsidiaries of international companies in Russia from automotive, construction, retail and logistics industry in the establishment of efficient business-processes. She facilitates communication between local employees in St. Petersburg with the head offices abroad and supports clients in coordination with suppliers, authorities and business partners.  Nadezhda graduated from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia with a degree in Linguistics and Translation. She also holds a master's degree in Strategic and Corporate Management from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and speaks Russian, English and German.

MANKENBERG aimed to expand to the Russian and CIS markets. To give MANKENBERG the opportunity to test the market without significant investment, we hired an employee on behalf of the company. The employee was provided with a fully-equipped workspace in our office with secretarial and administrative support.
