This Privacy Policy, prepared with respect to the European Union Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: “GDPR”), is designed to give you useful information about the way SCHNEIDER GROUP OOO with its location in Moscow, Russian Federation, and all companies from SCHNEIDER GROUP1 collect and use personal information and how we use cookies.

3. DATA WE PROCESS AND THE PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING 

We process your personal data only after receiving your clear and direct consent. The consent is given by filling in the form mentioned in our “PRIVACY NOTICE” with your contact information, such as: first name, surname, job title, the name of the company you work for, e-mail address, business city and business country. Sending us your consent is mandatory, if you are interested in receiving our publications, event invitations and news about SCHNEIDER GROUP. 

The abovementioned list of collected personal data does not exclude the possibility of sending you our request for further information about your academic titles, business phone number, business street and number and business postal code, on an optional basis.

Additionally, we may process any communication you have with us in relation to the events we host and to which you have registered for or that you have attended, publications we prepare and send you, and requested information from us.

If you do not provide us with the consent to process your personal data, we will regrettably be unable to process your subscription, event invitations, and you will not be able to attend our events and receive information from us in accordance with the areas of your interest.

4. OUR DATA PROCESSING STANDARDS 

On our website we use reasonable security measures to protect data under our control from loss, misuse or modification. Considering the fact that SCHNEIDER GROUP is a a group of companies with the headquarters located in Moscow, Russian Federation, processing of collected data includes also data transfer to the third countries, in accordance with the provisions of Decision of the European Commission of 5 February 2010 on standard contractual clauses concerning the transfer of personal data to processors established in a third country under Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (2010/87/EU) or a new Decision of the European Commission amending the above one and the internal agreement(s) signed by the companies from the SCHNEIDER GROUP. 

6. COOKIES 

SCHNEIDER GROUP uses cookies ("cookies"). They identify your browser and provide us with useful information for improving our website. In your browser settings, you can choose to reject cookies, but some website functions may not work properly. Cookies do not contain any personal data. 

7. YOUR RIGHTS 

In accordance with the relevant provisions of GDPR we keep your information as long as it is necessary to deliver the content you have registered for or subscribed to. You have the right to object at any moment and not to be subject to an automated decision. 

Your right to be deleted from our personal data base does not exclude our rights and obligations regarding processing of personal data provided in GDPR and relevant law regulations. After deletion, personal data may remain in the backup storage for a limited time, access to which is strictly limited.
