About speakers

Ulf Schneider
President & Founder

Ulf Schneider founded SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2003. He is the President and owner of the well-established consulting enterprise that offers international companies services for their market entry and expansion in Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Poland, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.

In 2018 and 2019 Ulf Schneider was listed in the ranking of the 250 most influential General Directors in Russia - as one of only two Germans.

Alex Stolarsky
Partner, Rechtsanwalt, Legal & Compliance
Alex joined the company in 2017 as Partner for legal, tax and compliance. He is a German attorney-at-law, regularly included into the “Best Lawyers in Russia” rating. 

Alex specializes in compliance, corporate and commercial law, M&A, joint ventures, foreign investment in Russia, legislation in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, life-sciences and agriculture.

In 2022, Alex was elected the Chairman of the legal committee of the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce (AHK). 
Alexander Nuzhny
Partner, Accounting, Financial Management
Alexander joined the company in 2007 as an accountant and has worked his way up to Partner in charge of the accounting and financial management services. Alexander has more than 20 years of professional experience.

Alexander holds a degree in Finance and Credit and completed the Executive MBA in Strategic Finance at the Russian Academy of National Economy in 2021.
He speaks Russian, German and English.
Alexander Titov
Head of Corporate Law Practice

Alexander joined the company in 2021. He has more than 25 years of professional experience and specializes in advising international companies on joint ventures, restructuring, M&A, and executive dispute resolution.

Companies from a wide range of industries, such as machinery, engineering, automotive, pharma, chemicals, food, consumer goods, professional services, fashion and retail rely on Alexander’s expertise.

Denis Bushnev
Head of Labour and Migration Law Practice
Denis joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2018. He has extensive experience in legal support for Russian and international companies in labour, migration and sports law, personal data protection legislation, and trade secrets law. 

Denis specialises in employment agreements and internal labour-related documents development, legal support for corporate clients in negotiations with their employees, pre-court proceedings, and individual court disputes.  He has more than 11 years of experience. 
Ekaterina Lozhkova
Partner, Accounting, CFO Services
Ekaterina joined the company in 2005 as an accountant responsible for accounting and statutory reporting. In 2019, she was appointed Partner in charge of accounting and financial management services. Since 2020, Ekaterina also supervises IT solutions implementation.

Ekaterina specialises in accounting setup and complex projects on automation of planning, warehouse management, logistics, procurement, and sales. Ekaterina advises SCHNEIDER GROUP's international customers on the specifics of Russian and international accounting systems, as well as on the implementation and integration of ERP solutions. Ekaterina has more than 15 years of professional experience.
Olga Kravchenko
Finance & Accounting Director
Olga joined the company in 2013 and got promoted to the head of accounting group in 2015. Since 2017 Olga is also responsible for SCHNEIDER GROUP import services.

She has more than 15 years of professional experience in finance, including 8 years in financial consulting.

Olga has a university degree in Accounting, Analysis and Audit. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Management at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

Ljubomir Karadshow
IT Director
Ljubomir joined the company as IT director in 2016. He is responsible for projects on ERP and WMS implementation in Russian divisions of global enterprises, integration of local IT solutions with ERP systems in the head offices, automation of international accounting and financial reporting, electronic document interchange and digital marking of consumer goods. 

Ljubomir has more than 25 years of professional experience and speaks 4 languages: Russian, English, German and Bulgarian.
Natalia Dobrova
Head of Internal Controls

Natalia joined the company in 2011 as accountant. During her first 4 years she was responsible for accounting and tax reporting for SCHNEIDER GROUP’s clients, and contributed greatly to the internal control projects, aimed at improvement of internal standards, policies and procedures.

Natalia has over 12 years of experience in accounting, tax, compliance and internal controls.

Anastasia Kostyukovskaya
Import Business Development Manager
Anastasia joined the company in 2021. She supervises import and certification projects.
Anastasia has extensive experience in establishing business relationships with international partners from Europe and Asia.
Anastasia studied in Germany (Hochschule Heilbronn, Baden-Württemberg) and graduated from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy with a degree in Foreign Trade Management. She has a master’s degree in Logistics and speaks Russian, English and German.
Dr. Thomas Mundry
Partner, Rechtsanwalt, Legal & Tax
Thomas joined the company in 2019 as Partner for legal and tax. Thomas is a German lawyer, ranked among top lawyers in franchising and is regularly included into the “Best Lawyers in Russia” rating. 

Thomas advises businesses from a wide range of industries, including machinery, construction and engineering, automotive, logistics, chemicals, mining, energy and utilities, pharmaceuticals, food, real estate, agriculture, fashion, and IT.
