Pavel joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2024 as IT Director. He oversees the improvement of internal IT projects and services, focusing on enhancing quality and efficiency. He is also responsible for delivering ERP services to clients across all regions where SCHNEIDER GROUP operates.
Before joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, Pavel held IT Director roles at AGR Automotive Group, MAZ Moskvich, and Renault Russia, where he led the implementation of information systems, IT infrastructure, and process optimisation initiatives. He also gained significant experience in the financial sector with Société Générale and Volkswagen Finance Services, as well as in the automotive industry in various positions.
Pavel holds a higher technical education and an MBA from EDHEC Business School (France). He is fluent in both Russian and English.
