Kamilla joined SCHNEIDER GROUP Kazakhstan in 2020 as a specialist in personnel management, employment law, and HR consulting.
She began her professional career in 2014. Kamilla has over 10 years’ experience in recruitment and staff development, establishing HR processes and supporting businesses on personnel management issues.
She specialises in advising on the application of labour law, and HR management. Kamilla has practical experience in developing and implementing internal regulatory documents, conducting HR audits and supporting companies in resolving personnel issues.
She graduated from the Faculty of International Relations at Abay State University. She regularly undertakes professional development, keeps abreast of changes in labour legislation and modern HR practices, and applies this knowledge when advising clients.
Kamilla speaks Russian, English, and Kazakh.
