Sofia joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2017 as an intern in the business development department under the DAAD trainee programme. She was preparing contracts and assisting colleagues. After six months Sofia was already permanently employed as junior project manager. She moved from pure contractual tasks to full-time business development and started to manage client projects independently.
Two years later, Sofia was promoted to team lead business development, supervising the team responsible for processing of incoming requests and in 2022 – to the head of business development.
Sofia graduated from Justus Liebig University (Giessen, Germany) specializing in modern foreign languages, cultures and economy.
