Anne joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in September 2021 as HR Director, where she is coordinating the development and implementation of HR strategy throughout all offices.
Anne has spent over 25 years working in HR for major global companies, 18 of those years driving the people agenda in Executive Board level positions. She has delivered cross-functional redesign and restructuring programs, involving all levels of internal and external stakeholders, and has led strategic transformation and culture initiatives.
Prior to joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, Anne worked for 11 years as HR Director for Kellogg Company in Russia, where she oversaw major transformation in manufacturing and sales capability, and supported cultural change and strategy roll outs in the organization. She also headed up the European HR Global Business Services team in Bucharest, supporting its continued transformation in line with global strategy. Previously she had worked for 14 years in EY, where, as HR Director for Russia and CIS, was closely involved in the creation of the equity partnership. After EY, Anne was a Salaried Partner and Head of HR at Cushman & Wakefield, Russia.
