Nodir Ayupov
Partner, Uzbekistan
Nodir became Director of the Tashkent office in September 2018.
He is responsible for the development of services provided by the Tashkent office, including accounting outsourcing and automation, ERP implementation and integration, interim management, business setup and manufacturing localisation.
Prior to joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, Nodir worked for 18 years for Uzbekistan Airways in increasingly responsible positions, starting as Head of External Affairs and completing his job for the airline as Head of representative offices in Kazakhstan, Greece, and Spain. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in finance and international consulting.
Nodir earned a degree in Finance, Consulting, and Venture Management from Emory University (Atlanta, the USA) and a degree in International Business from the Tashkent State University of Economics, where he taught Management Accounting course after the graduation.
Nodir speaks 5 languages: Russian, English, Uzbek, Spanish and Greek.
Nilufar Khamidova
Tax and Legal Director, Uzbekistan
Nilufar Khamidova joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in June 2025. She has over 17 years of professional experience in accounting and taxation, including in the energy, auto industry, consulting, and FMCG sectors.
Before joining the company, she held senior roles at leading firms such as KPMG and AKSA Enerji, specializing in tax risk assessment, transaction support, and corporate restructuring. Nilufar is a certified tax consultant in the Republic of Uzbekistan and a member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with extensive experience advising both local and international clients.
She has rich experience in conducting tax due diligence for M&A transactions, supporting investors throughout all deal stages — from pre-transaction planning to post-deal integration.
Nilufar holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Tashkent State University of Economics. She is fluent in Russian, English, and Uzbek.
Nazokat Rasulova
Business Development Manager, Uzbekistan
Nazokat Rasulova joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2018 with prior experience in management consulting and international business support. She currently heads Business Development line in the Uzbekistan office.
She is responsible for client acquisition and development, as well as management of commercial projects throughout all stages — from the initial communication and preparation of commercial offers to project coordination and ongoing client support.
Nazokat specializes in supporting foreign companies that enter the Uzbek market, including organization and coordination of business processes for branches and subsidiaries of international companies. She serves as a key liaison between clients’ headquarters and local teams in Uzbekistan, ensuring effective communication and coordination with government authorities, suppliers, and business partners.
Nazokat graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages of Tashkent State Pedagogical University.
She speaks Russian, English, and Uzbek.
Sardor Rakhmanov
Director of Accounting Department, Uzbekistan
Sardor Rakhmanov joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2026 as Director of Accounting Department. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in accounting, financial management, automation of accounting processes, and implementation of internal control systems.
Sardor specializes in organizing and optimizing accounting processes, managing outsourcing projects, and developing finance teams. His expertise includes the implementation and customization of accounting systems, including 1C, automation of accounting and reporting processes, and building transparent and efficient financial control models.
He has extensive experience supporting companies across various industries, including trade, services, construction, and holding structures, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and process standardization.
Sardor speaks Russian and Uzbek.
Kumush Khuzhamova
Senior Lawyer, Uzbekistan
Kumush Khuzhamova is a lawyer with more than 7 years of professional experience in corporate, contract, labour, and migration law, as well as compliance and business regulatory support.
Throughout her career, Kumush has worked in both international and leading local law and consulting firms, advising clients from various industries on a wide range of legal and corporate matters.
Her expertise includes drafting and legal review of contracts of various complexity, corporate support, advising on labour and migration law, business registration, licensing, and intellectual property protection.
Kumush also has practical experience in dealing with government authorities and supporting compliance and regulatory matters, with a strong focus on legal risk mitigation and protection of clients’ interests.
Kumush graduated from Tashkent State University of Law.
She speaks Russian, Uzbek, and English.
Ekaterina Lyamina
Head of HR Department, Uzbekistan
Ekaterina Lyamina joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2025, specializying in HR-management, labour law, and HR consulting in Uzbekistan.
She has more than 15 years of professional experience in HR management and personnel administration, including support for international companies and local businesses. Her expertise includes HR outsourcing, HR audits, labour relations support, military records administration, as well as support of international projects in the field of HR-management and compliance with local labour legislation.
Ekaterina assists companies in establishing efficient HR processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and implementing practical HR solutions.
She graduated from the National University of Uzbekistan and holds a Master’s degree in Foreign Philology. She regularly improves her qualifications in HR management, labour law, and personnel management.
Ekaterina speaks Russian, English, and Uzbek.
