Aurelia joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in April 2024 as Head of the office in Chisinau, Moldova, where she now leads the development of the service portfolio including accounting outsourcing, payroll and HR Administration, EOR, interim management, as well as business set-up and other services.
Aurelia has gained extensive experience working for international companies in the Motor Vehicle Manufacturing, Telecommunications, and Food and Beverage business areas. Her professional experience in management, finance, and accounting spans more than 20 years.
Aurelia Jarcov graduated from Saratov State Socio-Economic University with a degree in Economics. She speaks Romanian, English, and Russian.
