Tbilisi

Anuki Okromchedlishvili became Head of the Tbilisi office in January 2023. She is responsible for the development of services provided by the local office, including accounting outsourcing, financial, tax and legal consulting, compliance,  interim management and business setup. Prior to joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, Anuki Okromchedlishvili held the position of Senior Accountant at PwC, where she was in charge of accounting, tax compliance and managerial reporting. She worked as Senior Associate for almost 6 years at EY, where she was engaged in accounting and tax consulting as well as identified new opportunities to leverage client relationships across service lines. She has gained diverse experience in advising clients from local and world’s biggest multinational companies on accounting, taxation and finance. Graduated from Georgian American University GAU, received a Bachelor degree with specialization in Business Administration, Accounting and Control. She speaks Georgian, English and Russian.

Ketevan joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in March 2023. She advises companies wishing to establish and manage subsidiaries in Georgia. Ketevan has extensive work experience in public, migration, and labour law. Prior to joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, she worked at the Ministry of Justice of Georgia and the National Agency of Public Registry of Georgia. Ketevan Barateli graduated from Tbilisi State University. She holds a master's degree in civil law. Ketevan speaks Georgian, German, English, and Russian.
