Vlasta joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2012 as head of the legal department. She provided legal support to SCHNEIDER GROUP’s Russian and international customers, and also was responsible for internal legal support.
In 2020, Vlasta was appointed legal advisor. Besides legal advice, she is involved in projects on legal services automation and provides legal support for in-house developed IT solutions. She provides methodological support for the development of online platform for electronic HR records management - Client Login. Vlasta advises the product development team and the company's clients on legally-valid electronic labour document management.
Vlasta graduated from the Krasnoyarsk State University, Department of Comparative Law, with a degree in Law and studied at the University of Greifswald in Germany.
She speaks Russian, German, and English.
