Irina Mineeva

Irina joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2007 as HR assistant and has gradually worked her way up to the head of HR services.
Irina is in charge of projects on HR administration, personnel recruitment, HR audit, employer of record, military reporting, and occupational health and safety system setup. She has worked in HR for more than 15 years.
Irina graduated from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, holds a diploma in English Translation and regularly upgrades her qualifications in HR administration, labour law, and personnel management.
