Bayram became Head of the Baku office in October 2022. He is responsible for the development of services provided by the Baku office, including accounting automation, ERP implementation and integration, HR services and recruiting, accounting outsourcing, outstaffing, interim management, business setup, market research, legal and other services.
Prior to joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, Bayram worked as a partner for 3 years at a local consulting company Atlas Consulting, where he was engaged in business development, clients consulting and HR management. Bayram held the position of Finance and Tax Manager at SIEMENS in Azerbaijan. He has experience of working as a chief accountant in the branch office of Cape Industrial Services (UK). After his graduation, Bayram worked with international clients as a consultant, and later as a chief accountant in the local audit company Alfa Audit. Bayram has more than 20 years of professional experience in finance and international consulting.
Graduated from Azerbaijan State Economic University in Baku with BA degree in Management of material resources and organization of wholesale sales of means of production, received a MBA degree with specialization in Finance at Edinburgh Business School of Heriot-Watt University.
Bayram speaks English, Russian and Azerbaijani.
