“After working for large Russian companies, such as Gazprom Neft, MegaFon, and URBAN GROUP I wanted to further professionally develop in an international environment. SCHNEIDER GROUP met my expectations in every way. I started here as business analyst in 2015 and was involved in projects for implementation and support of business applications for the customers from wholesale and retail industries, and their integration with SAP and Oracle ERP systems. Two years later, as senior business analyst, I managed complex projects on transition to online cash registers according to Russian federal law FZ-54, end-to-end digital marking of consumer goods, and EDI solutions implementation into supply chains. In 2019, I managed the internal project for implementation of the electronic document interchange solution “Diadok” at SCHNEIDER GROUP. In my current role I’m responsible for complex integration projects: I supervise projects on mandatory digital marking of consumer goods for manufacturers and exporters, integration of ERP systems with Russian leading marketplaces (Lamoda, OZON, Wildberries, etc.), and EDI implementation. The IT environment is changing drastically and fast and one has to be open to these changes to succeed. My message to new colleagues is always to learn, stay on track, and remain a highly demanded professional. And the company I work for always gives me the chance for both professional and personal growth, as well as the possibility to show what I’m worth.”

"I joined SCHNEIDER GROUP as accounting assistant during my studies in 2007. Combining evening work and study was not easy, but it was definitely worth it: by the time of my graduation I had not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical experience. And I was already promoted for the first time. I had the opportunity to work on a project of accounting records restoration and tax recalculation, it was challenging, but a great way to progress at my job. After we completed the restoration of the financial records, the customer decided to stay with us for complete accounting support. Soon the customer opened a new legal entity. I was responsible for accounting and tax reporting for it and my professional knowledge grew with the customer’s business growth. It was a great way for me to learn to handle a large-scale project completely on my own, to build a project team, and to show the results. My devotion was noticed by the company management and in 2012 I got promoted to accounting project lead. Now, I am finance & accounting director at SCHNEIDER GROUP. I think that for a successful career you should really want to become a professional, be ready to take on new, challenging tasks, admit own responsibility for the project and contribute to the joint result."

“I began working at SCHNEIDER GROUP as an intern in the business development department under the DAAD trainee programme in 2017. Most of the time I was preparing contracts and assisting colleagues. After six months, I was permanently employed as junior project manager. SCHNEIDER GROUP gave me the opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility, as well as develop myself and evolve as a team member. Gradually I transited from pure contractual tasks to full-time business development and started to manage client projects independently. Two years later, I was promoted to team lead business development, supervising the team responsible for processing of incoming requests and in 2022 became head of business development.”
