Alexander Titov
Head of Corporate Law Practice, Moscow

Alexander joined the company in 2021. He has more than 25 years of professional experience and specializes in advising international companies on joint ventures, restructuring, M&A, and executive dispute resolution. 

Companies from a wide range of industries, such as machinery, engineering, automotive, pharma, chemicals, food, consumer goods, professional services, fashion and retail rely on Alexander’s expertise.

Alexander graduated from Moscow State Linguistic University with a degree in Translation; a degree in Law from Lomonosov Moscow State University; a master's degree in Law from the University of Konstanz (Germany).  
He speaks Russian, German and English. 

Natalia Dobrova
Kirill Afanasyev
Partner, Kazahstan

Kirill joined the company in 2009 as a senior tax expert and gradually worked his way up to Partner, leading 3 SCHNEIDER GROUP offices in Kazakhstan.

Kirill is in charge of development of the company services portfolio, including accounting outsourcing and HR administration, legal and tax consulting, IT solutions implementation and HR support, interim management, business setup and manufacturing localisation projects.

Kirill manages a team of 60+ experts in 3 offices in Kazakhstan.

He has extensive experience in finance and risk management, as well as deep knowledge of international taxation. Kirill has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Canada Eurasia Russia Business Association (CERBA) since 2014. Prior to joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, Kirill worked for EY Kazakhstan.

He actively contributes to the professional community, presenting at local and international conferences and preparing professional articles for industry media. 

Kirill graduated from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research (KIMEP) with a degree in Finance. 

Nodir Ayupov
Partner, Uzbekistan

Nodir became Director of the Tashkent office in September 2018.
He is responsible for the development of services provided by the Tashkent office, including accounting outsourcing and automation, ERP implementation and integration, interim management, business setup and manufacturing localisation.

Prior to joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, Nodir worked for 18 years for Uzbekistan Airways in increasingly responsible positions, starting as Head of External Affairs and completing his job for the airline as Head of representative offices in Kazakhstan, Greece, and Spain. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in finance and international consulting.

Nodir earned a degree in Finance, Consulting, and Venture Management from Emory University (Atlanta, the USA) and a degree in International Business from the Tashkent State University of Economics, where he taught Management Accounting course after the graduation.
Nodir speaks 5 languages: Russian, English, Uzbek, Spanish and Greek.

Yeva Voskanyan
Director, Armenia

Yeva was appointed head of SCHNEIDER GROUP Yerevan office in November 2021. She is in charge of developing the services portfolio offered to local and international customers in Armenia: accounting outsourcing, financial, tax and legal consulting, interim management, personnel recruitment, and business setup. 

Prior to joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, Yeva had gained extensive experience advising customers on accounting, taxation and finance; particularly in one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in Armenia. Customers from IT, construction, and medical industries rely on her professional expertise 

Yeva graduated from the State University of Management (Moscow) with a degree in Organization and Tax Management. She speaks Armenian, Russian, and English.

Anastasia Kostyukovskaya
Import Business Development Manager, Moscow

Anastasia joined the company in 2021. She supervises import and certification projects.

Anastasia has extensive experience in establishing business relationships with international partners from Europe and Asia.

Anastasia studied in Germany (Hochschule Heilbronn, Baden-Württemberg) and graduated from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy with a degree in Foreign Trade Management. She has a master’s degree in Logistics and speaks Russian, English and German.

Luca Orselli
Representative in Italy, Milano

Luca represents our company in Italy since 2016. He has 40 years experience in the management of international business, initially managing the sales and marketing activities of multinational companies on Italian ad European markets, then as a business consultant assisting clients of multiple industries in the entry and development on international markets.

He’s the first contact point of our company with Italian clients interested in understanding their opportunities in Russian, CIS and Central Asia markets, as well as in being updated with the latest developments of these markets and the services that SCHNEIDER GROUP can offer.

He speaks English, French and Italian.
