About the event

During our comprehensive round table event, the legal and tax experts together with the partners and heads of our offices from Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Lithuania and Russia will present a compact overview with the latest regulatory and framework changes in these countries. You will receive useful advices and insights for your business strategies and annual planning both for market entry and business expansion as well as transformation processes of the businesses in in these countries. 

The event will have three subsequent sessions on Russia, Armenia/Georgia, Belarus/Lithuania including smaller networking coffee breaks and a closing networking session. You will have wide opportunities for approaching the experts of the SCHNEIDER GROUP with your specific questions. The event is organised in cooperation with the Bundesverband mittelständische Wirtschaft - Unternehmerverband Deutschlands e. V., which is officially represented by the local offices of SCHNEIDER GROUP in Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan.

Thomas Mundry
Partner, Legal, Tax & Interim Management, SCHNEIDER GROUP Moscow
Thomas joined the company in 2019 as Partner for legal and tax. Thomas is a German lawyer, ranked among top lawyers in franchising and is regularly included into the “Best Lawyers in Russia” rating.
He specializes in manufacturing localization (greenfield & brownfield), joint ventures, M&A, franchising & distribution, bankruptcy and restructuring.

Thomas advises businesses from a wide range of industries, including machinery, construction and engineering, automotive, logistics, chemicals, mining, energy and utilities, pharmaceuticals, food, real estate, agriculture, fashion, and IT.
Anuki Okromchedlishvili
Head of Tbilisi Office
Anuki Okromchedlishvili became Head of the Tbilisi office in January 2023. She is responsible for the development of services provided by the local office, including accounting outsourcing, financial, tax and legal consulting, compliance,  interim management and business setup.

Prior to joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, Anuki Okromchedlishvili held the position of Senior Accountant at PwC, where she was in charge of accounting, tax compliance and managerial reporting. She worked as Senior Associate for almost 6 years at EY, where she was engaged in accounting and tax consulting as well as identified new opportunities to leverage client relationships across service lines. She has gained diverse experience in advising clients from local and world’s biggest multinational companies on accounting, taxation and finance.


Yeva Voskanyan
Head of Yerevan Office
Yeva was appointed head of SCHNEIDER GROUP Yerevan office in November 2021. She is in charge of developing the services portfolio offered to local and international customers in Armenia: accounting outsourcing, financial, tax and legal consulting, interim management, personnel recruitment, and business setup.

Yeva graduated from the State University of Management (Moscow) with a degree in Organization and Tax Management. She speaks Armenian, Russian, and English.
Natalia Shulzhenko
Partner, Belarus
Natalia joined the company’s Minsk office in 2009. She is in charge of the services offered by SCHNEIDER GROUP in Belarus: accounting outsourcing, financial, tax and legal consulting, compliance, interim management as well as business setup and manufacturing localisation.

Natalia has extensive experience in accounting, financial and management reporting, taxation of subsidiaries of international companies and foreign representative offices in Belarus.
Natalia actively contributes to the professional community, presenting at various conferences and seminars.
Jolita Lieparskiene
Head of Office, Lithuania
Jolita joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in July 2023 as Head of the office in Vilnius, Lithuania, where she is now responsible for the development of the service portfolio including accounting outsourcing, recruitment, financial, tax and legal advisory, compliance, interim management, as well as business set-up and other services.

Jolita's core competencies include financial planning and business strategy development, business transformation and human resource management, as well as management in an intercultural environment.
