Administrative liability of a business
Penalty amounts for administrative offenses in taxation, currency transactions, storage of bookkeeping and tax accounting documents, and antimonopoly control that can be potentially imposed on entrepreneurs have been increased beginning on October 29, 2018. Personal data protection
Now, in Belarus, a person who has received the personal data of third parties in connection with his /her professional activities may be subject to administrative liability for the intentional unlawful disclosure of such personal data. Provisions of Article 22.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses have been amended by the Law No. 131-З accordingly.
Construction related permits
New rules on the procedure for preparing and issuing construction related permits have been developed by the Resolution of the Belarus Government dd. October 31, 2017 No. 785, the “Resolution No. 785”). The administrative procedures for obtaining permits by the applicants were significantly simplified. The Resolution No. 785 comes in effect on February 16, 2019.
