Administrative liability of a business
Penalty amounts for administrative offenses in the field of taxation, currency transactions, storage of bookkeeping & tax accounting documents, antimonopoly control that can be potentially imposed on and entrepreneurs have been increased since October 29, 2018. It has been introduced also a liability for the recurrence of certain offences (The Belarus Law dd. 07.07.2018 N 131-З). Click on the button below to find out more information.
Personal data protection
Now in Belarus, a person who has received personal data of third parties in connection with his /her professional activities may now be subject to administratively liable for the intentional unlawful disclosure of such personal data. Provisions of Article 22.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses have been amended by the Law No. 131-З accordingly.
Construction related permits
Rules on the procedure for preparing and issuing construction relate permits have been developed & put in place in the new edition by the Resolution of the Belarus Government dd. October 31, 2017 No. 785, the “Resolution No. 785”). The administrative procedures for obtaining permits by the applicants were significantly simplified. The Resolution No. 785 comes in effect on February 16, 2019.
