SCHNEIDER GROUP celebrates its “maturity” in the Russian market

01.04.2021

Exactly eighteen years ago, on April 1, SCHNEIDER GROUP began its work on “building bridges” between the West and the East.

On April 1st, 2003, a small group of professionals, led by a German entrepreneur Ulf Schneider, who was in love with Russia, launched an important mission of helping international businesses to enter the growing Russian market, providing them with further support on it.

Today, 18 years later, 500 experts in 10 SCHNEIDER GROUP offices render their clients consulting services necessary for business development in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Poland.

SCHNEIDER GROUP portfolio includes a full range of services, ranging from market analysis and search for partners, to comprehensive accounting support, legal and tax consulting, analysis of the effectiveness of business processes and their optimization based on the best digital solutions. We undertake the solution of all non-core tasks so that our clients can focus on the development of their businesses.

From the very beginning, we have been developing long-term partnerships with our clients: the history of cooperation with the oldest of them lasts for 17 years, and about 30% of our clients have been working with SCHNEIDER GROUP for more than 15 years.

“Today, in conditions of quarantine barriers, the mission of our company is more relevant than ever – to build bridges between the West and the East,” comments Ulf Schneider, SCHNEIDER GROUP President & Founder. “The surge in digital business transformation initiatives has allowed us to rethink our consulting business. We have reached a qualitatively new digital level of interaction with clients, while maintaining SCHNEIDER GROUP corporate values: reliability, trust, responsibility and personal contact”.
